- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment
🏥 Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
Work Health Solutions offers comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Plans include preventive care, specialist visits, dental cleanings, and annual vision exams.
WHS covers 100% of the premium for employee-only coverage.
Dependent coverage is available at an additional cost.
A basic life insurance policy is also provided to all eligible employees at no cost.
đź’¸ 401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible to enroll after 90 days of employment.
WHS offers a 3.5% employer match when the employee contributes at least 6% of their pay.
🏖 Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Accrual begins on Day 1
- PTO includes vacation, personal time, and sick leave
- Paid holidays include major national holidays
