WHS is growing: Meet the newest additions to our staff!

Amie Hocutt, front office representative
Amie Hocutt was born in Maybank, Texas, and she moved to Sand Springs, Okla., with her mom and dad when she was 3 years old. She is the eldest child of four, with two sisters and a brother. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and her family. Her favorite season is summer, as her entire family spends their days in the pool. She is a 2001 Charles Page High School graduate, and she has a license in Cosmetology.

Amie is part of Work Health Solution’s front office team, and her No. 1 job is to make sure everyone remembers her glowing smile while checking out and getting quick thorough answers when someone calls.

 

 

 

 

 

Candace Stretch, MA
Candace Stretch was born and raised in Sand Springs, Okla., and she and her husband have a daughter and two sons. She attended Brown Mackie College in Tulsa where she received an associate’s degree in applied science as a medical assistant. Stretch then went on to take the American Medical Technology test and is now a registered medical assistant. Stretch has worked in occupational medicine since July 2016.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Joe Caldwell, MA/MRO assistant
Joe Caldwell was born in Pryor, Okla., and he was raised in Locust Grove, Okla.. He worked for three years as an EMT before joining the Marine Corps where he was later honorably discharged. After leaving the USMC, he worked in the funeral business and graduated with academic honors as the class vice-president of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He worked in funeral homes in Okmulgee, Oklahoma City, Enid and Mayes County before becaming co-owner and founder of Locust Grove Funeral Home. During this time, he served as president of the Lake Hudson Association, vice-president of the Locust Grove Chamber of Commerce and was on the Board of Directors of the United Way in Pryor, Okla. After leaving the funeral business, Caldwell worked for Rainbow Concrete in Tulsa for five years as a dispatcher and truck driver and served as a city councilman for Locus Grove. Then, after graduating from the Oklahoma Health Academy, he began working as a medical assistant and phlebotomist at the Broken Arrow Urgent Care. He joined Work Health Solutions in 2017 as a medical assistant, MRO assistant, phlebotomist, and x-ray tech.

When Caldwell isn’t working, he is enjoying his passion for skydiving. He’s logged several thousand jumps and holds Coach, Static Line Instructor, Accelerated Freefall Instructor, and PRO ratings with the United States Parachute Association.

Kristy Rice, Front office representative
Kristy Rice was born and raised in Sand Springs, Okla. She is a graduate from the Tulsa Technology Center’s Dental Assisting program. She currently resides in Sand Springs with her daughter.

When she isn’t working at Work Health Solutions, she enjoys spending time with her family and likes to spend time outside, listening to music or playing and watching sports.

 

 

 

Dayna Walker, RMA
Dayna Walker graduated as a RMA in 1996, and she has worked in orthopedics, ENT, OBGYN, family practice, pediatrics and occupational health. She and her husband have five boys and two girls, and they have five grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys motocross, mini-spring, spring car racing, hosting concession stands at MX races, but more than anything she enjoys spending time with her family.
